Summary: This is a cute house and was pretty clean. The only thing I noticed that could’ve used some extra attention was around the windows and back door way but it was not terrible. Only 2 dishwasher tablets, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and 1 garbage bag were provided. This was an easy fix as we just bought a small bag of tablets, small package of TP ,since we were staying a week and a small box of Walmart garbage bags. The only 2 things I would say were annoying and was of no fault of Linda was that since this is a gated community whenever we would DoorDash after about 9pm we would get a text from the dasher they could not get in as there was no one at the gate. The number to call the front desk is a process to get through and our driver ended up waiting quite a while sometimes. This happened multiple times during our stay. The other thing is more of an issue with regal palms, the pool area is not watched very well and starting on Friday until Sunday there were some very wild kids in the pool and I ended saying something to them as they were huge kids rough housing and wrestling next to me and my little girl. I think the resort should handle this kind of behavior properly. Linda was great, always answer all of my texts and was very nice. I would definitely stay here again. I stayed with my 6 children ages 8, 16, 17, 18,18,18 and there was plenty of room for everyone. The space was very comfortable, beds were comfy and fans are provided since the ac cannot be turned below 72.
